Executive Chef James Patchell
Chef Patchell’s passion for food and wine is consistently exemplified in the dishes he creates. James is a Red Seal Chef and has honed his culinary skills working in many well known restaurants in the Bow Valley and BC. He has designed a menu of specialty dishes that are prepared to order from the freshest ingredients available. Thanks to James, our menu offers gluten free and vegetarian options. When James is not busy in the kitchen designing new menu items and desserts, you can find him doing renovations and handyman projects at home.
